攀枝花市援助少年儿童志愿者协会（以下简称攀枝花援少会）是攀枝花市唯一一家专业服务于少年儿童的非赢利性的民间公益组织，2007年4月21日成立，是一个地方性、非营利性、民间性的独立社团法人。
Panzhihua Aiding Teenagers & Children Volunteers Association (which is called PATCVA for short) is the only professional non-governmental organization providing non-profit services for teenagers & children who need the help.
PATCVA was founded on April 21, 2007. It is a local, non-profit and non-governmental agency of the independent legal person .

愿景：所有的儿童都享有基本的生存权、发展权以及平等的受教育权.

使命：致力于城乡贫困、留守、孤残等特殊少年儿童群体,通过志愿者行动、组织和协调社会资源,为其在学习和生活等各方面提供最大程度的援助.
Mission: Committed to the special teenagers & children who suffer from poverty, left-behind, disability, in order to give them maximum help on education and living through the jobs concerning organization and coordination of the social resources

主要项目Main projects

乡村图书室项目

攀枝花援少会本着促进和改善攀西地区偏远农村教育现状，开拓贫困山区学生的视野，增强他们学习的兴趣和阅读能力，帮助老师提高业务水平，特开设图书捐赠项目，为贫困山区小学募集图书，兴建图书室。资助标准是按每个学生配五本图书。该项目从2006年3月18日启动以来,已捐助图书30000余册，此项目正在进行中，整个项目计划于2009年7月完成，项目总预算25万元。项目接受社会大众以个人或公司名义支持，感谢您的热心赞助。

Projects of rural library

In order to promote and improve the education status in remote rural areas of Panxi, to broaden the vision of students living in mountain areas, to enhance their interest in learning and their reading ability, to help teachers improve their professional level, PATCVA opened a special project named "book donation" which is to collect books and build libraries for poor rural schools. The donation criterion is five books for each student. More than 25,000 volumes of books have been donated since it started up on March 18, 2006 . This project is still under way now and the whole project is to be completed in July 2009. The total budge of the project is 250,000 yuan. The project  is receiving public supports in the terms of individuals or companies. Thanks for your enthusiastic sponsorship.

一助一贫困儿童援助项目

攀西很多山区小学（特别是交通不便的民族学校），孩子们学习生活环境恶劣，＂贫困＂严重影响着山区儿童的身体发育,为了帮助改善偏远农村儿童的生活，促进农村儿童健康的成长，因此攀枝花援少会从２００７年３月起针对攀西地区的这些农村贫困少年儿童特开展一助一援助计划。

一助一援助项目主要是给予学生生活上关心，利用网络(攀枝花公益网www.pzhgy.com)与现实的互动来完成对贫困儿童的援助.

一助一援助主要优点：

可以根据自已意愿选择受资助学生

可以了解被认捐学生的详细情况，包括由学生和校方填写的申请资助表格，学生家庭经济情况，款到后学生和校方负责人共同签字的收据，学期成绩单以及学生感谢信等。同时你也可以跟学生联系，在联系的过程中与给予帮助和引导，在更深层次上帮助受资助学生。
资助标准：农村住校生300元/学期，农村非住校生200元/学期

There are many primary schools (especially the traffic inconvenience to the minority schools) in mountain areas of Panxi, in which the learning and living conditions for children are badly poor, and "poverty" plays a serious impact on children''s physical development there. In order to improve life of children in remote rural areas, and to insure the rural children grow healthily, this special assistance scheme which is called "one for one" assistance project is especially for the children in rural and poor areas of Panxi Area . It was started in May,2007.The main task of the project is to provide care and help for students, using the Internet (Panzhihua Community Network www.pzhgy. com ) interaction with activities of reality to complete the assistance for poor children..The main advantages of "one for one" assistance project: One can choose his own subsidized student according to his own wish, then get the detailed information about the student, including the application form filled by the student and school , the family economic situation of the student, the receipt signed by the student and school after receiving donated money, the semester report card and thanks letters, etc.. At the same time, one can also contact with the student to offer more assistance and guidance in a higher level. Subsidizing standard: 300 yuan / semester for a rural student living in school , 200 yuan / semester for a rural student not living in school.

在假期有针对性地对城市小朋友提供文化知识、图画、法律、安全避险、生存知识、谋生技能、儿童权益维护、毒品、艾滋病预防以及社会道德等方面的教育和培训.

Educate and train urban children during holidays in accordance with their special characteristics in aspects such as cultural knowledge, drawing, law, avoiding dangers securely, survival knowledge, ability of making a living, defending children’s rights, drugs, precaution against AIDS and something in society morality.

您可以提供的帮助有：

书籍、学习用品、体育用品、学校电教用品．电脑，电脑相关产品（新旧不限）及耗材等捐赠。
捐款为孩子们配置新书，或者直接捐赠图书室，建一个图书室新书大约需要8000元人民币，你可以拥有该图书室的命名权。
捐款给“一助一”：捐助攀枝花市内及周边的贫困儿童，资助他们在学校的生活
捐赠给我们机构，志愿者培训项目， 日常运作办公经费。
参加我们协会，成为其中的一名会员，交纳会费，提供志愿服务。

Help you can afford :

You can contribute books, studying articles, sports articles, school’s electrified education articles, computers and relevant products (both new and old ) and consumptive materials.
Contribute money to deploy new books for children, or contribute a new library directly, it will cost about RMB 8,000 yuan to build a library, Then you own the name right of the library
Contribute money to “ one for one” project : contribute to those poor children in downtown city and surrounding area of Panzhihua to help their school life .
Contribute to our organization’s volunteer training projects as daily official costs. Join in our association and hand in some fees to afford volunteering service.
