北京阳光宜生咨询服务中心（简称阳光医生），成立于2007年4月，是中国国内第一个以综合职业医生组成的志愿医生组织。阳光医生致力于志愿医生网络平台的建设，招募国内/国际职业志愿医生，为医疗资源匮乏地区和医疗服务可及性差人群的提供直接的医疗服务及技术支持，协助改善其卫生条件及健康状况，提高其应对公共卫生问题的能力。

The Beijing Sunshine Doctors Consulting Service Center (Sunshine Doctors) was established in April 2007 and is the first comprehensive, professional volunteer doctors’ group in China. Sunshine Doctors focuses on creating an online platform for volunteer doctors, recruiting volunteer doctors from inside and outside of China, and providing directly accessible medical services and technical support to areas and peoples throughout China which suffer from a lack of medical resources, thereby helping them to improve their public health conditions and promoting their capacity to respond to public health issues.

建立志愿医生工作网络和工作平台
招募国内志愿医生到医疗资源匮乏的农村和边远地区从事志愿医疗服务
关注卫生资源可及性很差的人群，吸引优势医疗资源进入医疗资源匮乏地区
引导政府的公共卫生政策向弱势地区（人群）倾斜，倡导医疗公平
协助医疗资源匮乏地区提高医疗服务能力和应对公共卫生问题的能力
倡导中国医生的志愿精神

Objectives:

Create an online platform for volunteer doctors in China
Recruit volunteer doctors to provide medical services for people with poor medical care in rural and urban areas;
Focus on people who face challenges in obtaining access to medical services and provide more adequate medical resources for them;
Advocate to the government to improve the public health policy for vulnerable areas and populations and advocate for equal rights in medical care
Help areas with poor medical resources to improve the capacity of their medical services and their response to public health issues
Advocate for more volunteer spirit in China
