The Simple Rules

Please read and understand these simple rules (terms of use) before downloading any of our web design sets.

1. If you are a web designer, business or anyone who will receive actual, intended or bartered gain (whether for a commercial endeavor or personal non-profit site), you are unequivocally denied privilege of using any graphics found on my website. You may not use these graphics to design a website for another person. A lot of so-called web designers just take linkware and build sites, and have the nerve to charge for our work. This isn't cool and we do not tolerate it. 
2. Our linkware web design sets may be used on both personal and commercial websites. 
3. You must link back to Weblog Design on each page that uses our graphics. If you do not want to link to us, you can pay a one time fee of $25 to remove our link. 
4. You may not sell or redistribute these graphics.  You may not add them to any collections, put them on a CD or claim them as your own.  You may NOT use them to make wallpaper or stationery. Please note: absolutely nothing on this website is public domain. 
5. The templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. You are responsible for adding or editing your website's content to the template yourself. It comes with some basic CSS, but otherwise you're on your own. 
6. If for any reason we request that the images from the linkware collection be removed from your site, you will be given 72 hours to comply. Violations of the terms of use could subject you to this request.

We reserve the right to change and/or modify these rules (terms of use) with no prior notice.
