Online job matching

When vacancy postings are performed, each employer is required to fill out a form, which allows WaiqiJobs.com to match essential information with our jobseekers' profiles. All appropriate jobseekers will be notified (via email) of a successful job match. From this point they will be able to apply for the job-vacancy using the WaiqiJobs.com application procedure.

Privacy

All contact information provided to WaiqiJobs.com is stored on a secure database that is not available for public viewing. Jobseekers are only able to contact employers through the WaiqiJobs.com website. History Bank & Company Profile

All registered employers have their own personal vacancy-postings history bank. This allows each employer to review earlier job postings and, based on previous outcomes, alter future postings according.

Each company is also allowed to maintain a company profile on the site. This can be edited at any time, and is displayed along with every job posting.
