2 dry-process PU/PVC leather-making
machines, 1 printing machine and 1 vein-pressing machine were
imported in 1995. In order to meet the demands of the market,
our co. purchases 1 wet process PU leather making machine and
1 high-speed multi-purpose coating machine this year. All the
above equipment is kept in good repair and operation.
Production Management
We know well that no fine quality will be made only with advanced
equipment but without qualified operating worker and scientific
operating rules. Therefore we lay down operating rules strictly
and teach the operating workers how to use the machine properly
from time to time. So that the production process will be smoothly
and the delivery meets the requirements of our customer.
Quality Control
To guarantee the quality of the product, the company carries
out ISO9002 to control strictly the purchasing of ion paper, base
fabric and resin, production of synthetic leather and the testing
of the products. The quality is consistent with the relevant national
standard.
