Model 6PMQ-400 ginned cotton cleaning machine
¡¡¡¡Referring to the disadvantages of the other ginned cotton cleaning machine and asking for the idea of technical personnel of many using unit and collecting the strongpoint of various families, our plant successfully develops and rebuild 6PMQ-400 type ginned cotton cleaning machine. The biggest advantage of this machine is adopting the method of cutting and abstracting impurity of carding machine. So this machine has the advantages of the best trash extraction effects and the lowest trash extraction carrying cotton and the fewest damage of fiber. It doesn't produce NEP in the course of trash extraction because of adopting cutter-cutting abstraction. The quantity of trash extraction can be controlled according to the processing conditions and the base of seed cotton. After running and using in the several cotton plants of our district, 6PMQ-400 type ginned cotton cleaning machine can effectively clear away 0.5-2.5% impurity for all the ginned cotton before packing and reduce weak spot 500-1000/ hundred grams. So this machine changes the apparent forms and improves the quality of the ginned cotton. The ginned cotton produced by the low-grade unginned cotton can keep the positive degree and the ginned cotton produced by middle and high-grade unginned cotton can improve 0.5-1 level. 6PMQ-400 type ginned cotton cleaning machine assorts with 5571 type cotton gin, which is also adequate for pint-sized cotton gin.

¡¡This series machine is fitted with ginnign cotton machine,to clean the
ginned cotton,exclude natural impurities and develop the exterior appearance
of ginned cotton. The ginned coton after cleaned increases 0.5-1 class.
Biggest working capacity: when water-content rate of cotton <7%,thorn
roller cleaning volume per 100mm:90kg/h,cleaning impurities rate is not
