Allows users to upload their icon and account picture to their profile.
Extract the ccount Pictures package to the Vanilla extension folder. Enable it by going to the settings page and selecting the checkbox for the Attachment extension.
When the extension is enabled it will automatically add the default configuration settings to your conf/settings.php file. You can change these settings on the settings tab by selecting "Account Pictures settings".
NOTE: The upload directory should be writeable (chmod 777)
