Allows users to attach files and images to their comments. Supports thumbnails with GD (tnx to ithcy and jakob)
Extract the Attachments package to the Vanilla extension folder. Enable it by going to the settings page and selecting the checkbox for the Attachment extension.
When the extension is enabled it will automatically add the default configuration settings to your conf/settings.php file. You can change these settings on the settings tab by selecting "Attachment settings".
NOTE: The upload and thumbs directory should be writeable (chmod 777)
